Featuring a superior ergonomically designed connector handle and high performance UL Type EV cable, Leviton EV Charge Connector Assemblies are the smart choice for integrating into your Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment. This connector will be compatible with North American Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vehicles only. It may not be compatible with plug in vehicle conversions or vehicles that were produced prior to 2010 calendar year. Consumers should purchase this product only if they have an OEM vehicle from 2010 model year or later. The J1772 connector assembly is not to be used as a replacement for a Leviton EVSE. Please check with the manufacturer of the EVSE to ensure compatibility. The EVJ46-PEV is not a standalone electric vehicle charging station. It is intended to be used as a component for replacement of existing EVSE cords that may have become damaged and/or needs replacement. The product has a 25' cord that has a blunt cut end so that the installer can properly prep the wiring for their installation without minimizing any cord length.
